1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BuyReady.ai ("Service"), operated by Klyon Labs LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BuyReady.ai is an AI-powered home buying agent that helps users work toward homeownership. The Service provides:

  • Home Date Calculator: A free tool that estimates when you could qualify to purchase a home based on your financial inputs.
  • Home Roadmap: A personalized step-by-step plan covering credit improvement, savings targets, debt reduction, income guidance, and grant/program matching.
  • Property Reports:AI-generated analysis combining property data, neighborhood statistics, and your financial profile to produce personalized "Should You Buy?" reports for U.S. residential properties.
  • Grant Matching: Information about publicly available federal, state, and local down payment assistance programs you may be eligible for. Grant availability, eligibility, and amounts are subject to change at any time by the administering agencies.
  • Income Suggestions: General gig and side-income suggestions, including local listings sourced from Craigslist RSS feeds. These listings are not verified, endorsed, or screened by BuyReady.ai. Exercise caution when responding to any listing.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Reports are generated by artificial intelligence (Claude, developed by Anthropic) and are for informational purposes only. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated analysis is inherently variable. The same property and financial profile may produce different analysis, scores, and recommendations if a report is regenerated, due to the probabilistic nature of large language models (LLMs).
  • Reports do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or a professional real estate appraisal.
  • Scores and recommendations are algorithmically derived opinions, not guarantees of property value, investment performance, or suitability.
  • You should always consult with qualified professionals (real estate agents, mortgage lenders, home inspectors, financial advisors, and attorneys) before making any home purchase decision.
  • Data used in reports comes from third-party sources and may contain inaccuracies, delays, or omissions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data.

4. Roadmap, Grants & Income Guidance

The Home Roadmap, grant matching, credit guidance, and income suggestions are for informational and educational purposes only. You acknowledge that:

  • The Home Date is an estimate based on general assumptions and the information you provide. Actual timelines may vary significantly based on individual circumstances.
  • Grant and down payment assistance program information is curated from public sources and may become outdated. Program availability, eligibility requirements, and assistance amounts are controlled by the administering agencies and may change without notice. Always verify directly with the program administrator before applying.
  • Credit improvement guidance is general education, not personalized credit repair services. BuyReady.ai is not a credit repair organization as defined by the Credit Repair Organizations Act.
  • Income and gig suggestions are general in nature. Craigslist listings displayed in the Service are sourced from public RSS feeds and are not verified, screened, or endorsed by BuyReady.ai. Exercise caution and use your own judgment when responding to any listing.
  • The Personal Guidance feature connects you with our team for additional support but does not constitute professional financial, legal, or career counseling.

5. Not a Financial Institution

BuyReady.ai is not a bank, mortgage lender, credit bureau, real estate brokerage, or licensed financial advisor. We do not originate loans, provide credit reports, or facilitate real estate transactions. The financial analysis in our reports is based solely on the information you provide and publicly available data.

6. User Accounts

You must create an account to access full reports. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

7. Financial Profile Data

By providing your financial profile (income, debt, expenses, credit score range, down payment savings, and household size), you agree that:

  • This information will be used to generate personalized property analysis reports.
  • This information will be transmitted to Anthropic's Claude API for AI-powered analysis. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their own privacy policy and terms of service.
  • We store only a credit score range(e.g., "Good: 700-749"), never your exact credit score or Social Security Number.
  • A snapshot of your financial profile is saved with each report for reference. You can update your profile at any time, but previously generated reports will retain the snapshot from when they were created.
  • Your financial data is never shared with property data providers, real estate companies, or any third party other than Anthropic (for AI analysis) and Stripe (for payment processing, which does not receive your financial profile).

8. Fair Housing Compliance

BuyReady.ai is committed to compliance with the Fair Housing Act. Our AI analysis is explicitly instructed to never reference or consider race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, or disability in any property analysis or recommendation. 9. Pricing, Credits, and Payments

Pricing

The Home Date calculator and gap summary on our landing pages are free and do not require an account. Accounts require one of the paid plans below.

  • Single Purchase: $14.99 one-time. Includes the step-by-step plan, grant matching, and 1 report credit. Additional reports are $14.99 each.
  • Standard: $29.99/month. Includes the live roadmap, dashboard, reminders, income/gig suggestions, Personal Guidance form, and 5 report credits per billing cycle. Extra reports are $4.99 each.
  • Pro: $59.99/month. Includes everything in Standard plus 30 report credits per billing cycle. Extra reports are $2.99 each.

Credits

  • Each full report costs 1 credit. Free neighborhood previews do not use credits.
  • All credits expire. Single-purchase and extra-report credits expire 30 days after purchase. Subscription credits reset at the end of each billing cycle and do not carry over.
  • When multiple credits are available, credits expiring soonest are consumed first.
  • We will send a reminder email up to 7 days before any unused single-purchase credit expires. Expired credits are not refundable.

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for the remaining billing period.
  • Plan upgrades are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes single report purchases and subscription payments. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service
  • Resell or redistribute reports without our written consent
  • Provide false or misleading financial profile information
  • Exceed rate limits (5 reports/hour, 20 reports/day)

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-provided data and AI-generated report content), is owned by Klyon Labs LLC. AI-generated report content is provided for your personal use. You may download and share your own reports but may not resell them commercially.

12. Data Sources and Attribution

Reports use data from the following third-party sources:

  • RentCast (property details, valuations, comparable sales)
  • FBI Crime Data Explorer (crime statistics)
  • SchoolDigger (school ratings)
  • U.S. Census Bureau (demographics)
  • Walk Score (walkability, transit, bike scores)
  • FEMA National Flood Hazard Layer (flood risk)
  • Freddie Mac PMMS (mortgage rates)
  • Claude by Anthropic (AI analysis)

Each data source has its own terms, accuracy limitations, and update schedules. We are not responsible for errors or delays in third-party data.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KLYON LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Decisions made based on AI-generated reports or recommendations
  • Inaccuracies in property data, valuations, or scores
  • Variations in AI-generated analysis between report generations
  • Financial losses from real estate transactions
  • Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Klyon Labs LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
