Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

BuyReady.ai ("Service"), operated by Klyon Labs LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), sells digital products and subscription services delivered immediately upon purchase.

All sales are final. Purchases are non-refundable. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and accept this Policy.

This Policy applies to all purchases made through BuyReady.ai, including:

  • Single Plan purchase ($14.99)
  • Single Property Report purchase ($14.99)
  • Standard subscription ($29.99/month)
  • Pro subscription ($59.99/month)
  • Extra Report purchases ($4.99 Standard / $2.99 Pro)

2. Why We Have a No-Refund Policy

BuyReady.ai delivers personalized digital content (Home Date estimates, Roadmaps, Property Reports) generated using AI and third-party data sources at the moment of your request. Each generation incurs real cost on our side (compute, third-party API calls). Once delivered, this content cannot be "returned," and reviewing it for refund eligibility is operationally impractical.

To keep the Service affordable and prevent abuse, we have chosen a flat no-refunds policy that applies uniformly to all customers.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Billing page via the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation:

  • Stops future renewal charges. You will not be billed again.
  • Preserves your access through the end of the current billing period. You retain Standard or Pro benefits until your next renewal date would have occurred.
  • Does not refund the current period. Subscription fees already paid are not refunded, even if you cancel immediately after a renewal charge.
  • Does not affect single-purchase products. Reports and Single Plan purchases retain their original 30-day credit expiration regardless of subscription status.

We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before your renewal date to ensure the cancellation processes before the next billing cycle.

4. Credit Expiration (Not Refundable)

Credits earned through purchases or subscriptions expire and are not refundable when they expire:

  • Single-purchase credits (from Single Plan or Single Report): expire 30 days after purchase.
  • Subscription credits (Standard or Pro monthly allotment): expire at the end of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over.
  • Expiration is automatic and cannot be reversed. Credits removed at expiration are not eligible for refund or restoration.

Expiration timelines are disclosed at the time of purchase, on your Billing page, and in reminder emails sent before expiration.

5. Limited Exceptions

The no-refunds policy in Section 1 has the following narrow exceptions:

5.1 Technical failure of report generation

If a Property Report fails to generate due to a Service-side technical error, the credit used will be automatically restored to your account at no charge. This is an automated retry mechanism, not a refund. No action is required from you.

5.2 Duplicate or accidental charges

If you are charged twice for the same purchase due to a payment-system error (e.g., a duplicate Stripe charge), the duplicate charge will be refunded after we verify the duplication. Contact [email protected] with the charge details.

5.3 Unauthorized charges

If a charge appears on your card that you did not authorize (e.g., your card was used by another party without permission), contact [email protected] immediately. We will work with Stripe to investigate. Verified unauthorized charges will be refunded.

5.4 Statutory rights

Nothing in this Policy waives or limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including but not limited to:

  • EU Consumer Rights Directive: EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right for digital content unless they expressly consent to immediate delivery and waive that right. By purchasing and using BuyReady.ai content, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you are waiving the 14-day withdrawal right to the extent permitted by law.
  • California consumer protection law and equivalent state laws in other U.S. states: any non-waivable refund rights remain in effect.
  • Card network rules (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) regarding unauthorized transactions, billing errors, and recurring billing disclosures.

Where this Policy conflicts with a non-waivable statutory right, the statute governs only to the extent of the conflict.

6. Service Outages

BuyReady.ai relies on third-party data sources and infrastructure. Brief interruptions are inherent to web-based services. In the event of a documented Service outage:

  • Outages of less than 24 hours: no compensation is issued.
  • Outages of 24 hours or more affecting subscription users: at our sole discretion, we may issue a service credit (not a cash refund) added to your account.
  • Outages of a single third-party data source while the rest of the Service remains operational do not constitute a Service outage under this Section.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us at [email protected] first. We respond within two (2) business days.

Initiating a chargeback for a charge that is non-refundable under this Policy, or for a service that has been delivered, may result in:

  • Suspension of your BuyReady.ai account
  • Forfeiture of all remaining credits
  • Permanent ban from creating new accounts
  • Recovery of any chargeback fees we incur from your card issuer

We reserve the right to contest chargebacks with the card network using this Policy, the Terms of Service you accepted at signup, and your usage logs as evidence of authorized purchase and delivered service.
